2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with ipharm, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services
We provide three main services:
- OTC Medicines Shop: Over-the-counter pharmacy medicines and healthcare products
- Online Consultations: Treatment services with pharmacist review (e.g., weight loss, hair loss)
- Prescription Services: Dispensing of medicines against valid UK prescriptions
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have a valid UK delivery address
- Comply with all applicable laws
5. Orders and Pricing
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order or confirm collection availability.

- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The price at the time of order confirmation applies
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout
6. Prescriptions
For prescription-only medicines (POMs):
- You must have a valid UK prescription from a registered prescriber
- Prescriptions are verified by our pharmacist before dispensing
- We may contact your GP or prescriber to verify a prescription
- Original prescriptions must be sent to us (we provide a prepaid envelope)
- We reserve the right to refuse to dispense if clinically inappropriate
7. Online Consultations
For treatment services requiring consultation:
- You must complete a medical questionnaire truthfully and accurately
- Our pharmacist will review your questionnaire
- Treatment may be approved, declined, or require further information
- Payment is only taken if treatment is approved
- You have a duty to disclose all relevant medical information
8. Payment
- Payment is required at the time of order (except for approved consultations)
- We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider
- We do not store your full card details
9. Delivery
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days (free over £30)
- Branch Collection: Collect from selected branches (free)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Delivery Restrictions
- UK mainland addresses only (some exceptions may apply)
- Controlled drugs may require signature on delivery
- We may use age verification for certain products
10. Returns and Refunds
Important: Medicines cannot be returned once dispensed for safety and legal reasons. However:
- Non-medicine items may be returned within 14 days if unopened
- Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced or refunded
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for issues
- Refunds typically processed within 5-10 working days
11. Cancellation
You may cancel an order:
- Before dispatch: Full refund
- After dispatch: Subject to our returns policy
- Bespoke or personalized items: No cancellation once prepared
12. Professional Responsibility
Our pharmacists have a professional and legal duty to:
- Ensure medicines are supplied safely and appropriately
- Refuse supply if there are safety concerns
- Report concerns to relevant authorities if necessary
- Maintain patient confidentiality
13. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of your order.

15. Governing Law
