How it works
- Step 1: Answer the health questionsAbout you and your health. It takes a few minutes, and you can go back and change an answer.
- Step 2: A pharmacist reviews themOne of our pharmacists checks your answers and decides whether the treatment is right for you.
- Step 3: Posted to youIf it is approved, you see the medicine and the price. iPharm, part of Allied Pharmacies, posts it to you free. Nothing is charged before approval.
- Step 4: PayPay by card online. Postage is free: Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Our pharmacists supply these medicines under a Patient Group Direction (PGD): a written protocol that sets out exactly who can have each medicine. If a treatment isn’t right for you, we’ll say so and suggest where to go instead.
